About the Role:

• Networking with Developers, land aggregators, investors and landlords.
• Should be able to implement the process for transaction management seamlessly for the client and execute transactions – land acquisition, land disposition, structure JD / JV of land between landlord and developer, lease of factory, lease of warehouse space.
• Work on Proposals to secure new business.
• Tracking availability of land parcels on Sale or Joint development/ Joint Venture.
• Strategise negotiations with clients & Landlords.
• Build and manage client relationship and create pipeline for business.
• Customize service offering to meet client expectations.

About You:

• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to effectively present information.
• Requires advance knowledge of financial terms and principles. Basic understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets.
